'Welcome to 'Seafood at the Brasserie'

Head Chef Gary Christie and his team have created this seasons menu, relying on local suppliers to provide the quality produce. With the harbour only minutes away from the hotel, white fish and shellfish are supplied freshly landed from Ocean Venture and Amity boats. The salmon originates from the Ugie Smoke House. McWilliams of Aberdeen provides the prime meat and game whilst the seasonal vegetables and fruit are homegrown by Neil Gammie where possible. The ice cream and sorbet are provided by Ice Cream Cabin in Buckie. Last but not least, the local bakers Murdoch Allan take a hand with the bread.
